Now, the reason stall is dead is because if you
stall, your opponent can take advantage of that and stall along with you.
That is why I recomend using stallers with good attacks, such as Steelix. Now, I
have some stalling Pokemon.
Rocket Snorlax: 90 HP is good, use TR Drowzee on
the bench. I forget it`s attack, but I think you can only use it if it`s asleep.

Snorlax: It`s a giant soccer ball! It`s a big
hackysack! No, it`s a teddy bear that needs a diet! Just like Rockets version,
it combos with TR Drowzee. But now, it combos with Dark Gloom. Use it to stall
for Dark Plume while you use Dark Glooms PP to confuse your opponent. If tails,
nothing because of Snorlax`s PP.
Fossil Haunter: Right when you get it, you look at
the 50 HP and throw it away. Well, it`s PP may prevent EVERYTHING from your
opponents attack(PP) and it`s attack stalls.
